PAN Saddened by the Death of Georgia Advocate Gilbert Witsell
The Parkinson's Action Network (PAN) is saddened by the death of Gilbert Witsell, an active advocate for the Parkinson’s community. He passed away on April 8, 2011, at his home in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Gilbert was a PAN Congressional Coordinator for Georgia’s 9th Congressional District. He most recently attended the 2011 PAN Forum in Washington, DC, held February 28-March 2. Gilbert’s passionate advocacy for the entire Parkinson’s community will be remembered by everyone who knew him.
