PAN is proud to announce that sessions from the 2008 Research & Public Policy Forum are now available online.
While the Forum serves as an outstanding way to help advocates gather together and work towards a cure, we recognize that not everyone can travel to Washington. However, anyone can participate in the Forum and in the advocacy process by watching the webcast.
Registering is easy and free - just visit http://www.vodium.com/goto/pan/pn100494_pan_2008/launch.html.
Please note that a few presentations are not yet available.
Please take a few minutes before viewing the live
webcast to watch the Webcast Introduction/Welcome message.
After
participating, please visit the Legislative Action Center to email your
Members of Congress and ask them to support the Parkinson’s community
legislative priorities that you have just learned about. The 2008
Forum provides two days of advocacy training and the latest scientific
advances in Parkinson’s disease research. Forum attendees learn about
PAN’s 2008 legislative agenda and engage in the power of advocacy.
Participation via webcast will give you the opportunity to learn the
issues important to the Parkinson’s community.
Please pass this information along to anyone who may be interested in participating in the Forum online.
