Medicare Improvement Standard Victory for Parkinson’s Community
PAN joined a class-action lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services challenging Medicare’s “improvement standard.” The case has gone to a favorable settlement  for the Parkinson’s community, and some Medicare policies and coverage guidelines will change.
