The Milly Fund is a dedicated and permanent fund created by PAN to reimburse advocates for expenses they incur as part of their PAN advocacy efforts. In order to request funds for specific advocacy activities, advocates should fill out and submit to PAN the Milly Fund Request Form prior to the event or activity for which funds are requested. Requests will be considered and evaluated under the following general criteria: 

• If you are a state or congressional coordinator, PAN must have a copy of your state plan
• The additional money requested must be consistent with the state plan and with the PAN agenda
• Requests must be submitted prior to event or activity
• State coordinators must demonstrate that they have used or will use all their initial disbursement from the Milly Fund
• If the advocate is not a state coordinator, the Milly Fund Request Form should be submitted simultaneously to the respective state coordinator and to PAN. State coordinators may comment on any request originating from an advocate within their state.
