The House Dear Colleague letter has been received by the Appropriations Defense Subcommittee, led by Chairman John Murtha and Ranking Member C.W. Bill Young. The Subcommittee will soon meet to establish the House funding level for the NETRP program and the entire Defense bill. Thanks to the strength of support on our NETRP Dear Colleague we are hopeful that the Subcommittee will fully fund the NETRP program in the Defense Appropriations bill. If your Representative did not sign the letter, ask that they call Chairman Murtha or Ranking Member Young in support of $55 million for this critical Parkinson’s disease program.
