Why you should take action now:
  • Funding the NETRP program is our top-priority this year.
  • The NETRP program is the only Parkinson’s specific program in the Federal government.
  • The NETRP program suffered a $6.5 million cut in Fiscal Year 2008.
  • The NETRP program funds researchers who are pursuing innovative and creative sciences that will lead to better treatments for Parkinson’s disease and an answer to the plaguing question, "What causes Parkinson's disease?"
  • PAN advocates, like you, are the only constituents supporting this program and without your help it will cease to exist.
  • Your Representative’s signature on the NETRP Dear Colleague funding letter could mean the difference in millions of Parkinson’s research dollars.
  • Making this call will take less time than reading this article, but you have to act now!

Click here to Take Action now!  You will be directed to a phone number and talking points for your call.  The talking points are specific to your Representative.  Five minutes of your time today could mean the difference in whether or not innovative Parkinson’s research is being conducted tomorrow!
